2. What should I bring with me to my first appointment?
If you have Medicare and wish to receive your Medicare rebate you will be required to obtain a referral from your GP prior to your appointment and have this faxed or posted to our office.
· Medicare and any private health insurance details.
· All relevant reports including pathology test results, x-rays, ultrasounds.
· A list of all medications that you are currently taking.

3. Why do i need a referral to see Dr. Suzana?
A referral, in the most basic sense, is a written order from your general practitioner (GP) to see a specialist for a specific medical service. Referrals are required by Medicare most health insurance companies to ensure that patients are seeing the correct providers for the correct problems, and therefore entitled for a rebate.
However you do not require a referral to see Dr. Suzana if you do not want to receive a Medicare rebate or private health rebate.
